Facing Up Survey

Thanks so much for attending this Facing Up event.

To ensure this project leads to stronger, more connected, and resilient communities we are evaluating the Facing Up series of events, and we would like to learn from your experience. Your input and reflections will help us to learn along the way and to capture changes and significant events.

The information we are collecting in this survey is confidential and anonymous. The data will be collated and stored electronically in a password-protected space. It will only be viewed by the Facing Up project team and it will be used in an anonymous way in the final evaluation of the project.
