Who we are
We are residents of the Northern Rivers who care for our communities. We live on the land of the Bundjalung Nation, including the Arakwal people, the Widjabal people and the Minjungbal people, and we pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.
We acknowledge with deep respect, that had our society been better at listening to Country, we would not have to spend so much energy on building resilience.
You are warmly welcome to be part of the resilience and regeneration movement!

Our Team
At Plan C, we’re a small team with big hearts, grounded in community and driven by purpose. Between us, we bring a rich mix of experience across community education, disaster resilience, systems thinking, youth work, and program design. We care deeply about sharing evidence-based information, understanding the science behind climate change, and supporting communities to prepare for what’s ahead in ways that are practical, inclusive, and people-first. Jean, Carly, Rena, Renee and Jen each bring their own strengths—whether it’s quiet leadership, deep listening, strategic thinking, or the ability to turn big ideas into grounded, local action. What connects us all is a commitment to impact, integrity, and a belief in the power of communities to lead their own change. Click on each photo to get to know us a little better.
