Carly is the quietly powerful force behind Plan C’s day-to-day operations. With a background in engineering and IT, she brings a systems-focused mind and a deep love for structure and process to her role as Operations Director. Carly thrives behind the scenes, where she supports the team, streamlines workflows, and ensures that everything runs smoothly so that Plan C can focus on building resilient, regenerative communities.

Passionate about practical action and long-term sustainability, Carly excels at turning big-picture visions into grounded, achievable outcomes. She values collaboration, clarity, and consistency, and is always looking for ways to make life easier and more efficient—for both her team and the communities Plan C serves.

Outside of work, Carly finds joy in growing food, baking sourdough, creating with her hands, and spending time in nature with her family on Bundjalung Country. She brings a holistic, thoughtful presence to everything she does, weaving together care, competence, and quiet leadership.
