Jennifer brings a wealth of leadership experience from the global healthcare sector to her role as Advisor and Ambassador at Plan C. She has led Australian operations for multinational companies such as G.E. Medical Systems and Bayer Diagnostics, and has extensive international experience managing diverse operations across the USA and Asia. Jennifer also served as a Board Member of the Monash Institute of Medical Research in Melbourne for seven years.​

Currently, Jennifer is an active member of Sourdough Business Pathways and Sourdough Business Women, organisations dedicated to building resilience in the Northern Rivers economy and community. Her commitment to fostering sustainable development and her extensive experience in strategic leadership make her a valuable asset to Plan C's mission of empowering communities.​
