Thanks so much for joining the Community Resilience Mentoring project (CRM).

To ensure this project leads to stronger, more resilient communities we are evaluating the CRM training, and we would like to get some information from you as we roll-out this project. Your input and reflections will help us to learn along the way and to capture changes and significant events.

The information we are collecting in this document is confidential and anonymous. The data will be collated and stored electronically in a password-protected space. It will only be viewed by the CRM project team and it will be used in an anonymous way in the final evaluation of the project.
