Renee Arringer

Inclusive and Accessible Project Coordinator
Renee brings a unique and powerful blend of scientific thinking, community connection, and creative energy to her work at Plan C. With a background in science, communication, and youth work, she has spent over a decade facilitating programs that support the wellbeing and resilience of children and young people.
Renee’s experience spans education, youth engagement, and trauma-informed support. She’s worked in schools, museums, recovery hubs, and temporary housing villages, where she’s become known for her capacity to connect, co-design, and deliver meaningful programs that build individual and collective capacity. Whether it’s facilitating a youth wellbeing initiative, coordinating inclusive community projects, or creating therapeutic tools with young people, Renee is guided by values of inclusion, creativity, and collaboration.
Renee holds a Master of Science Communication and a Bachelor of Science and Arts, with a strong focus on human geography and the impacts of climate change. She has a particular interest in regeneration and grassroots responses that create ripple effects of change.
Based on Bundjalung Country in the Northern Rivers, Renee spends her downtime crafting, reading, and visiting the beach with her rescue greyhound.
