We’re rolling out a pilot CCR (Community Carers and Responders) project in Queensland!

Plan C is now in the process of establishing a pilot Community Carers and Responders (CCR) Network in the Mary River catchment QLD (namely Gympie, Maryborough and Noosa Regional Council local government area).

The CCR Network aims to increase the preparedness, response, recovery of participating communities, and in doing so enhance mental health, social capital, and disaster resilience of participating individuals and communities.

This pilot project in Queensland is funded thanks to Country to Coast Queensland (CCQ), a Primary Health Network and a registered charity. Stay tuned!
