End-of-year Celebration

It’s been a big year for Plan C and our amazing community, and we’d love to celebrate all our stories with you.

We’re planning creative art-making, storytelling by the fire pit, fun kid-friendly activities, and maybe even a bit of live music! Plus, we’re treating ourselves to some delicious catering by Sasha’s Mediterranean Delights, so no need to worry about cooking.

We’d love your help to make this a truly community-centred celebration! Got an idea or want to lend a hand? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to add a little extra magic to the day.
Here’s how you can join in:
Face painting fun – Kids love it! Anyone up for bringing some colour and creativity to their faces?
Kids' games master – Ready to bring the energy? We’d love someone lively to run Twister, sack races, and other fun games for the kids in the spacious outdoors at our venue.
Venue flair – Have an artistic touch? Help us make the space shine! Think fairy lights, bunting – or surprise us with your unique vision.
Fire keeper – Are you a fire enthusiast? We’d love someone to manage fire wood, keep the fire going, maintain safety, and create that cozy, inviting vibe around the fire pit.
Master storyteller – Are you a natural storyteller? We’re looking for someone to organise a storytelling activity, bringing people together to share tales, laughs, and memories.
Music – One band is already on board, but we’d love more talent! If you’d like to share your musical gifts, please reach out.
Scavenger hunt organiser – Can you bring adventure and curiosity to the day? We’d love someone to create and run a scavenger hunt, incorporating some of our CCR activities like radio communications to make it fun, interactive, and collaborative.
